Inside Sales Assistant

We are a locally owned marketing and visual communications company that specializes in client solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our client first staff today.

• Work closely with leading salesman and assist with managing major accounts.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with customers by email, phone or in person and receiving orders
• Assisting customers with their printing and duplicating needs
• Support strategic sales plan and marketing strategies outlined by the sales team, and facilitate joint sales calls where applicable
• Own the sales process and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Become familiar with our products and be able to help customers get the set ups they want.
• Become an industry expert to provide a consultative sales experience for the clients.
• Handling customer service issues
• Using software programs to maintain customer databases and online ordering
• Creating estimates and recording and tracking sales activity
• Collecting payments from customers and ensuring all transactions are complete
• Timely reporting of activities and results
• Be the solutions provider to our clients

• Familiar with CRM tools and standard computer software programs a plus
• Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
• Understanding of marketing/sales metrics, especially how to calculate return on investment
• Previous experience in printing industry a plus OR at least 2 years experience with previous inside/outside sales experience is preferred.
• Some college or equivalent experience preferred
