Client Support: Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for clients, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.

Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Insurance Guidance: Educate clients on insurance coverage options, helping them make informed decisions that align with their needs and budget.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claim information for reference and compliance purposes.

Licensing: Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is required.

Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and empathy.

Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to details and ensure accuracy in all customer interactions.
