What's your day like?

As a Full Time Customer Support Representative at Wisper ISP in Mascoutah, IL, you will have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills by providing basic troubleshooting assistance for customers' internet connection issues. In addition, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their billing needs, such as processing payments and explaining bills in a clear and concise manner. Ensuring that customers have seamless access to online systems, including bill payment portals and email accounts, will be a key responsibility in this role.
