Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with all assigned accounts within the territory.
Manage accounts to achieve monthly account level sales objectives via M360.
Must maintain M360 Power User status by utilizing Edge, Big Tin Can, Lola, and GSC. This includes Edge monthly surveys.
Manage accounts to meet all monthly distribution objectives. This includes: new brand roll-outs, new package introductions, etc.
Actively seek, secure and manage accounts to capitalize on maintaining and growing distribution of all packages for GCE.
Aggressively participate in sales and incentives and special programs. This includes scheduled concentration days, Brewery ride-withs, Key Account Manager (KAM) and National Account Managers (NAM) ride-withs.
Attend all scheduled communications meetings. This included: supporting Chain business review appointments, Brewery/supplier communications meetings.
Manage schedules to adhere to scheduled call frequencies for generating orders, service and merchandising of POS, maintain accurate rotation, and delivery schedules.
All POS needs to be maintained/updated during every sales call.
Promptly communicate all critical market changes and account information to Team Leader and Sales Manager, this includes answering all emails/text messages in a timely manner.
Manage and monitor proper retail pricing in the account to ensure all products have proper price to consumer (PTC) vs. PTR unit cost. Notify Team Leader and Sales Manager on any issues or concerns.
Present to retailers all current price promotions, special features, and related price information to all accounts daily, weekly and quarterly.
Assist in conducting business reviews with all Chain/Key Account monthly.
Motus – Must be started when arriving in your assigned territory and turned off at your last account in your territory.
Actively recruit new Sales Team employees.
Monitor and manage all outstanding Accounts Receivable. This includes collection of overdue escrows, one time pre-paid invoices, and bad checks.
Assist Operations and Financial department regarding any issues related to route inventory overages or shortages. This also includes monitoring all outstanding Sales Team load sheets i.e. roll beer, product samples or employee purchases.
Enforce all company policies regarding accountability for all assigned equipment including: iPad and phone.
Enforce all safe and courteous operation of all Company Vehicles. Enforce proper maintenance of all Vehicles appearance and condition.
Enforce Company Uniform / Dress, and Grooming Policies.
Follow All Company operational and administrative procedures.
Perform all other duties / task required by Management.
