Qualified Staffing is searching for an Assistant Property Manager for a new apartment complex in Atlanta, GA 30312!
This position is a temporary assignment beginning mid-May through end of December.
Prior property management or leasing experience is required.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $25.00
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer incoming calls
- Answer property email inquiries
- Review applications
- Track application status
- Customer service
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must have specific property management or leasing experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to operate a computer effectively
