  • Retention Strategies: Implement strategies and tactics to boost subscriber retention and minimize churn, including onboarding sequences, exclusive benefits, and targeted re-engagement efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, using insights to assess campaign effectiveness and guide strategy optimization.
  • Automation and Workflow Management: Utilize marketing automation tools and workflows to optimize campaign execution, lead nurturing, and subscriber interactions.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Segment the email list to provide personalized content and offers, enhancing the relevance and impact of email communications.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads, boost engagement, and drive subscription sign-ups, using targeted email sequences, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Landing Page Optimization and Creation: Develop and optimize landing page strategies to promote subscription offers effectively, utilizing A/B testing to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and refine the subscription funnel to enhance conversion rates across the customer journey, identifying and resolving any obstacles to streamline the process.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in growth marketing, with a focus on driving subscription growth and retention.
  • Deep understanding of landing page design, conversion rate optimization, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Optimizely, Segment, Sailthru, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data to inform strategies.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Innovative and agile mindset, with a commitment to continuous testing and optimization.
