Job Description

Dynamic is a family owned, Home Health Agency seeking an Assistant Administrator to join our team! You will help perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. MON-FRI 8:30AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:

Supervise staff and daily function of the office
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Greet and assist current and potential clinical administrative employees
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Home Health experience is a plus!
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
