Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically bridge marketing, sales, and the retail environment, crafting and executing visionary strategies to ensure optimal visibility, impactful sell-in and sell-out promotions, availability, and enduring loyalty from both B2B distributors and B2C end-consumers.
- Drive the achievement of ambitious sales objectives, actively contributing to the overall growth trajectory.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying opportunities and leveraging data-driven insights to empower teams in executing high-impact visibility, promotional campaigns, push & pull tactics, sell-in, sell-out initiatives, partnerships, discounts, and brand-building activities.
- Perform on-site visits to Distributors and Points of Sale (POS), meticulously assessing the execution of planograms, demos, brand imagery, visual materials, campaigns, and promotions. Evaluate performance against plans for our brands and competitors.
- Educate and empower the team on product categories, key performance indicators, and innovative initiatives aligned with strategic plans.
- Initiate and oversee strategic work plans, providing meticulous follow-up on execution. Proactively identify and address gaps, ensuring adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
- Generate comprehensive monthly reports, implementing procedures for robust control, order, and organization of storage areas. Ensure timely supply and delivery of various POP materials, resources, products, and tools to fulfill strategic portfolio objectives.
- Identify and secure strategic suppliers for POP materials, furniture distribution, and substantial inputs critical to Field Force Vendor (FFVV) operations.
- Coordinate the distribution of POP materials and resources, aligning with CENSUS or MDGC requirements for the flawless execution of brand-portfolio strategies.
- Exhibit exemplary communication skills, effective supervision, and persuasive abilities, fostering a collaborative environment with the Sales Manager, Team Leaders, Developers, and Merchants.
- Conduct thorough analysis, measurement, and continuous follow-up on each strategic initiative or plan. Propose agile adjustments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and contribute significantly to the company's sustained growth.
- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to service excellence, maintain an unwavering positive attitude, and foster a collaborative and strategic team culture.
