Automotive Appointment Coordinator

Scholfield Honda’s call center is hiring an appointment coordinator! If customer service skills are one of your strengths, we would love to speak to you. We will teach you the skills needed to have a successful career in the Automotive Industry. As an appointment coordinator you will responsible for answering inbound calls, setting service appointments, perform follow-up calls, and assist customers with service and parts as necessary.

Qualifications

• Positive Attitude
• Good verbal and written communication and typing skills
• Self-motivation and self-sufficient
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to succeed customer expectations
• Previous customer service and/or hospitality is preferred

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of drug and background screening
• Reliable transportation
• Call center experience is a plus but not required!

Location: 7017 E Kellogg Dr, Wichita KS 67207

Position: Full-Time (30 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12-6 PM, and one Saturday shift per month (8 AM to 5 PM).
