Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team! You will be joining a $1B organization that is an industry leader in the Healthcare space that provides a stellar company culture, stability, growth potential, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and document existing processes and workflow
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Active participant in month end close, and financial statement preparation and analysis
- Monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger analysis
- Prepare operational and expense reports and analysis
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Accounting experience, and fundamentals of GAAP
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field, CPA preferred
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
