THE CARY COMPANY is seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Addison, IL. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply curious, enjoys leading-edge technology, and has a proven track record in executing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist will be pivotal in enhancing our brand's presence and driving digital engagement through expert management of campaigns and insightful market analysis.
**This is an on-site role reporting to our Addison, IL facility.**
Compensation: Salary varies based on education and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement to our website.
- Lead and manage online brand and product campaigns to elevate brand awareness.
- Enhance the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of the company’s websites.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Leverage new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Optimize content for the web and social media platforms with a focus on SEO to increase online visibility.
- Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies as needed to improve future marketing efforts.
- Work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams to develop innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to mine data for actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
- Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions.
