Job Description
United Talent Staffing is looking for a dedicated associate attorney with one plus years of experience in estate transactions and/or land titles.
The firm is in Dallas, Georgia.
Job Duties:
Conducting real estate closings, both residential and commercial.
Title examinations and the review and analysis of title examinations.
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of transactional documents.
Issuance of title insurance commitments and policies and drafting applicable policy exclusions.
Corresponding and meeting with leaders, real estate brokers and agents, and multiple parties to various transactions.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desire to thrive in a small environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures.
Licensed attorney with 1+ years of experience. Law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
Pay & Shift:
Starting pay: 55K-65K Pay raise based on performance and reliability.
Monday-Friday
