Are you a sourcing and recruiting rockstar with a passion for tech?

Keystone Consulting Group is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! In this full-time or part-time, remote position, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier technical talent for our clients across the United States.

What You Will Need:

4-5 years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting, placing candidates in engineering and IT roles like software/computer engineers, mechanical engineers, IT support, and product designers (UX/UI).
Strong understanding of various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience conducting video interviews using platforms like Zoom and Teams, as well as phone screenings and interviews.
A proven track record of successful collaboration with hiring managers and HR professionals to fill open positions efficiently.

Requirements

What You Will Do:

Report to the Senior Recruiting Manager and achieve pre-established recruiting goals.
Source both actively and passively for top technical talent using various methods.
Utilize strong time management skills to manage the entire recruiting process, including keeping recruiting managers informed for backup and training purposes.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to match the right candidates with the right opportunities - quickly!

Compensation:
