Cath Lab Manager RN

CTTX Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Cath Lab/IR Manager to join our team. As the RN Cath Lab/IR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) department. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cath lab and interventional radiology nursing
• Prior management or leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cath lab and IR procedures, equipment, and protocols
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
