Job Requirements

  • Experience with routine laboratory testing, sample handling, and quality control processes
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced hospital laboratory environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently using established protocols
  • Collect, process, and analyze patient samples (blood, urine, body fluids) in a timely manner
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment following manufacturer and hospital guidelines
  • Document and report test results clearly and promptly; follow hospital laboratory information system procedures
  • Participate in quality control, instrument calibration, and proficiency testing to ensure accurate patient results
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support optimal patient care and timely diagnostics
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with infection control and safety policies
