Cath Lab Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Manager to lead the daily operations of our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This role is responsible for overseeing staff, managing case flow, ensuring efficient patient throughput, and maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Cath Lab staff and daily operations
  • Manage scheduling, case flow, and room turnover efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Support staffing, performance management, and team development
  • Oversee supplies, equipment, and procedural documentation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of cardiovascular services experience
  • Graduate of Nursing, Radiology, or Cardiovascular Technology program
  • Active RN, ARRT, CVT, or RCIS certification + BLS
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
