Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist for a pediatric hospital setting, requiring a minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience and the ability to scrub cases.

Details
  • Pediatric hospital cath lab setting
  • 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Call requirement of 1 weekend every 4 weeks and 2-3 nights per week
  • Floating to different units may be required depending on assignment needs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience required; adult-only cath lab experience is acceptable
  • Must be proficient in scrubbing cases
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
  • License required if applicable
  • 2 supervisory references required for consideration; at least 1 must be a supervisor or manager-level reference
  • First-time travelers must have more than 10 years of experience to be considered
Additional Information
  • Pediatric cath lab experience is not required; the facility is open to candidates with adult-only cath lab backgrounds
  • Candidates who have previously worked permanently at this facility must have at least a 2-year gap before being eligible
  • Local candidates are welcome; candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
