The Customer Service Dispatch Associate position is responsible for completing operational tasks that support the efficient and timely shipping and receiving of orders, supplies, equipment, and other items. This role requires someone able to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Customer Service/ Dispatch Associate Responsibilities:

  • Direct communication with retail stores & follow-through on all questions
  • Pulling miscellaneous supplies for the retail stores
  • Supporting stores with specific frame requests (locating & pulling frame, troubleshooting any questions)
  • Sorting, processing incoming product from retail locations
  • Handle Customer Service Inquires via email about products, orders, warranties
  • Perform other duties as requested to support the department

Requirements:

  • This is a physical role and the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects/boxes up to 30lbs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data entry
  • Email proficiency-Microsoft Outlook
  • Office Suite Software- Microsoft Office
  • Follow all safety protocols
  • Ensure work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
  • HS Diploma
  • Optical Experience A Plus!

Work environment:

  • Warehouse/Stockroom environment
  • Monday through Friday onsite 830am to 5pm

Education:
