Your New Role:

Join one of the largest premier healthcare organizations as the newest Compensation Analyst. You will be responsible for ensuring position descriptions are appropriately reviewed and up to date, assisting the recruitment team with verifying relevant experience and determining appropriate salary offers, ensuring proper approval, communication, and implementation of payments, developing and documenting procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with organization pay practices, and provide data and analysis as requested by Human Resources Director.

You must also know job families, pay structures, job codes, compra-ratios, range penetration, lead/lag, and other fundamental compensation analysis terminology.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Your Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required.
Four (4) years of experience in place of education is required.
Experience working with compensation programs is highly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency skills are required.
