Giularos Five Star Hospitality has an AMAZING opening for a Executive Chef in Branded hotel! Please only apply if you have experience in hotels/banquets!

What we are looking for?

We need some one that is culture driven, that cares greatly about driving the fine dining culture. Some one that loves Fine dining, and what comes with it. Some one who has been a leader in a kitchen for at least 4 years. We are looking for someone that wants to grow long term and has a passion for cooking and leading.

As the executive chef, this high level role is fully responsible for the kitchen in all aspects: Operations, financials, ordering, staffing, etc. This position is a cooking exec chef as well; one who is in the trenches, helping his/her team. This position must have years of experience as an exec chef in a hotel/banquet setting.

You will report to the Director of F&B.

The name of the game is service. Be ready to roll your sleeves up and kill it during those busy hours!
