The Office Administrator position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, setting appointments, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates. We are seeking individuals who are outgoing, positive, and customer service oriented as they will be the first person our customers speak to when they call. This position will have potential for growth through the opportunity to obtain their Property and Casualty license and expand their duties in the office.

Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone

Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
