Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Analyst

We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. $100,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
