Event Planning / Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant
Brand Ambassador and Sales Assistant
$25.00 per hour to start plus commissions
Flexible Scheduling - Hybrid WFH Options - Approximately 15 Hours Per Week
JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in corporate events planning and production
As Brand Ambassador and Sales Assistant, you will:
- Receive industry-specific training
- Generate new business opportunities for corporate tradeshows, meetings and events
- Prospect to identify new sales leads
- Reach out by phone and email
- Identify key decision makers and qualify leads
- Explain the company's corporate event services and solutions
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Create price quotes
- Negotiate and close sales
- Additionally, administer social media handles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Participate in networking events
- Assist with additional marketing and public relations initiatives
- Attend tradeshows and company-sponsored events
- Provide additional support to the CEO as requested
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Event and/or Tradeshow experience
- Sales, Business Development and/or Brand Ambassador experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
