Overview

Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc (PHRI) is seeking an experienced, pro-active, thoughtful team member who can make a substantial and valuable impact to the organization. We currently provide services to over 1,500 patients in two different states. We are in growth mode and looking to scale to providing care to over 10,000 patients in 5 different states over the next 3 years. Our focus is advocating and implementing an integrated care model approach to the underserved population undergoing behavioral health related issues.

Position summary

Reporting to the Director, IT, the Manager, Facilities ensures the safety, functionality, and sustainability of buildings, infrastructure, and real estate to support PHRIs programs and services. Responsibilities include both soft Facilities Management (FM) services related to the use of the facility, such as cleaning and supplies as well as hard FM services related to managing the physical aspect of a facility, such as building maintenance, plumbing, etc.

This role will also act as the primary safety manager working with HR and Compliance in developing and implementing OSHA compliant health and safety plans, enforcing policies, and evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.


Primary duties & responsibilities

  • Ensure that all PHRI buildings are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
  • Respond to repair requests from staff across multiple PHRI buildings.
  • Approve workplans and supervise contractor’s progress.
  • Provide strategies for long-term energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Ensure all buildings have adequate supplies for daily operations.
  • Conduct routine and consistent facility inspections.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning, inspection and safety records and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
  • Coordinate building security access in collaboration with IT.
  • Ensure timely janitorial and trash collection services.
  • Maintain and ensure all PHRI vehicles.

Experience and Professional Qualifications

  • Associate degree or requisite experience
  • 5 years' experience handling multiple facilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Safety & Health Act.
  • Proficient business technology skills including professional experience in a Microsoft Office environment and comfortable utilizing multiple business applications.

Work environment

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines.

Physical demands

Position does involve local travel on a consistent basis.
