Job Description

About the role:
NNN Pro, the market leading commercial real estate net lease investment sales team in the country, is looking to hire a Vice President to join its rapidly growing brokerage business. NNN Pro was formed more than 20 years ago, has sold/closed more than $30 billion of net leased real estate, and includes more than 100 team members located across the country.

Responsibilities:

Secures new and expanded business opportunities
Maintains accurate and up–to date information in company database
Attending networking and industry events
Accompany prospective clients to property sites and discuss property features
Prepare letters of intent, listing agreements and negotiate purchase sale
agreements and addendums
Work with multiple parties to coordinate an efficient marketing and transaction
process

Required Qualifications:

Must have Real Estate License in-state
5+ years experience in Commericial Real Estate
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to penetrate new
accounts
Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of
clients and prospects
Ability to complete financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate
Professional work ethic and integrity
Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
