Position: Temporary Retail Sales Supervisor/Keyholder

Exciting chance to become part of our esteemed Luxury Brand! We are in search of a skilled Retail Sales Supervisor/Key Holder to take charge in our Desert Hills Outlet. This is an hourly base + bonus position. Our Retail Sales Supervisor doesn't just greet and service our customers, they are relied upon to create an experience and generate and drive sales through a book of business that they manage and develop.

Duration: 3 - 4 months

Responsibilities:

• Oversees sales and customer service performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Enhances sales staff competence through planning and mentoring.
• Services existing and establishes new accounts with strategic planning.
• Tailors the visual merchandising display following strictly the VM guidelines."
• Keeps boutique informed with regular activity and results reports.
• Monitors competition for pricing, products, and market information.
• Recommends changes based on evaluation of results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating and providing solutions.
• Maintains professional knowledge through education and networking.
• Contributes to team efforts to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) .
• Five plus years in high-end retail or boutique sales experience.
• Proficiency in inventory management, customer sales experience, and merchandising.
• Possess strong Clienteling skills to build relationships with customers, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience and loyalty to the brand.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Passionate about the retail industry
• Proficient in storytelling
