Account Service Representative

As an Account Service Representative your days will be filled with variety as you provide support to Homesteaders field Account Executives by assisting in appointment setting, processing supply orders, and serving as the liaison between sales administration and Account Executives. Excellent communication and customer service skills are key as you'll make outbound calls and will be responsible for proactively promoting, training, and coaching the effective use of Homesteaders products and programs to funeral home customers and prospects. We're seeking an individual with prior sales administration experience who will add to the positive and professional demeanor to our team.

Requirements

• At least two years related experience in sales administration.

• Requires the ability to use a wide range of information and procedures; to exercise independent judgement, assemble, analyze facts and situations, and determine proper action to enhance services to funeral home accounts, pre-need counselors, and managers.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to listen well, use clear and concise verbal reasoning skills.

• Team player with a positive, polished, and professional demeanor.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
