Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager with experience in dispatching and project management within the facility maintenance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of servicing nationwide customers in restaurant and retail environments, along with proficiency in utilizing software platforms such as Service Channel, Corrigo, FM Pilot, and other work order management systems. Additionally, familiarity with Outlook and other communication tools is essential for success in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee facility maintenance projects, from initial planning through execution and completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate the dispatching of technicians and resources to various job sites, optimizing scheduling and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize software platforms such as Service Channel, Corrigo, FM Pilot, and others to track and manage work orders, monitor project progress, and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technicians, sales, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, service agreements, reports, and other related materials, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management within the facility maintenance industry, with a focus on servicing nationwide customers in restaurant and retail spaces.
  • Strong proficiency in software platforms such as Service Channel, Corrigo, FM Pilot, and other work order management systems.
  • Experience with Outlook and other communication tools for efficient collaboration and coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and safety standards.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and relevant industry certifications (e.g., pest control, fire protection) are a plus.
