Senior Project Manager - Electrical Transmission/Substation Construction

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substation construction, electrical transmission & distribution, and high voltage construction.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of substation construction projects. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of project engineers and technicians
• Develop project plans and schedules
• Manage budgets and track project costs
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in substation construction
• Strong knowledge of electrical transmission & distribution systems
• Experience with high voltage construction
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
