Job Description

 

EB Brokerage, a small family owned company, is looking for a seasoned Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who can effectively assist a top 50 Dallas County Residential Real Estate Agent and his team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of performance with excellent customer service skills to coordinate all aspects of real estate contracts including title/escrow, mortgage loans and appraisal processes. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail for all filings and submissions and all at the highest level of confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all paper and digital records for the Real Estate Agent and C.O.O.
  • Create all legal documents and perform thorough reviewing for accuracy.
  • Help manage offers and inquiries of listings.
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures such as moving schedules.
  • Check all documents for verification of correct signatures and dates for smooth transaction processes.
  • Supervise all administrative duties as needed including data entry, emails, schedule coordination and documentation.
  • Collecting (delivery, receiving and receipting) option money or any other funds.
  • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance.
  • Support C.O.O. and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles and mortgage loans.
  • Maintain all Real Estate related schedules.

Requirements and Education:

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this position.
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills with strong real estate industry knowledge – transaction coordination, titles and mortgage area preferred.
  • 3+ years as licensed Texas Realtor.
  • 5+ years experience as Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.
  • 24+ Personal career closed transactions.
  • Transaction skills in DFW-AR/MLS – Adding/editing listings, CMA’s, comments, photos, tours, etc.
  • Ability to work mobile or on-site.
  • Self-motivated with emphasis on ability to prioritize to meet all deadlines
  • Strong MS Suite skills/ability (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word) and applicable real estate software.
  • Ability to travel throughout Dallas County.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.

Work Hours – Routinely 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday but some evening and weekend work is expected to assist with transactions.
