In this position, you will reach out to potential business-to-business (B2B) clients, engaging them across various channels to nurture them into leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making 200-300 calls per week and sending emails through our CRM system.

Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted B2B cold calling/email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Refine strategies based on feedback and results.
- Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using our CRM system.
- Communicate necessary information to the Sales team for continued lead nurturing.
- Document and track calls and results in our CRM system and engage in timely follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to address questions or concerns.
- Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
- Maintain a positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
