Company: The Best Roofing company of it's kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. 30 Year old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding and gutters.
Position: Inside Phone Representative
This role focuses on customer development and appointment scheduling and satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options for the customers over the phone.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments
-Call homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
-Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
-Complete final paperwork and approvals
-Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed
Required Skills:
-Strong phone sales skills and customer service experience in Home Improvement Industry Preferred
