About the opportunity:

Do you enjoy tackling intellectual challenges and problem solving? If so, you're exactly what we're looking for! We are seeking a PhD new graduate with expertise in industrial organizational psychology, behavioural economics, or a related field, and is deeply curious about what influences human behaviour and decision making. As a research associate, you will be responsible for conducting talent and market research to uncover the differences between good versus stellar candidates, their underlying motivations, where to hire them, and more, to support the recruiting team's ongoing growth needs. How you will make an impact:

• Conduct market and industry research to identify potential candidates for key hiring projects across the company

• Work closely with the recruiting team and hiring leaders across the U.S. and Canada to execute recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs

• Review job applications, create and manage job advertisements, schedule interviews, and support the hiring team as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD or Master’s in industrial-organizational psychology, behavioral economics, or related fields

• Research experience, including internships, publishing papers in major conferences or journals, are an asset
