PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of Precision Metal Components in Elgin, IL.

We are now hiring a Machine Operator who is a team player, versatile, and dependable!

 

Machine Operator Job Summary

  • Pay rate: $16.25/hr

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 4:30pm - 1:00am 

  • Start machinery and make adjustments when necessary to improve performance 

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions 

  • Troubleshoot minor issues 

  • Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedures

  • Report problems to supervisor 

  • Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area

Machine Operator Qualifications

  • Heavy lifting need to have strong upper body

  • Diploma or GED preferred 

  • Machine Operator experience 

  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience
