Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Base + Uncapped Commissions (1st year OTE= $200k - $240k)

Our client in the Semiconductor Component manufacturing industry is looking for a Remote Outside Sales Executive to add to their team near Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales and product marketing business plan to achieve market share leadership in all markets while continuously increasing profitability by identifying new opportunities with existing accounts and hunting for new business. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to communicate the value proposition to engineers effectively and have a proven track record of delivering high performance and world-class results. Ideal candidates will have experience selling complex and customizable solutions. • Forge and nurture relationships to discover new ventures within current and potential accounts

• Craft a comprehensive prospect list
• Establish rapport with key decision-makers
• Conduct sales pitches and formal proposals
• Execute profitable closing negotiations
• Collaborate on pricing strategies with the product team
• Oversee distribution channels
• Identify opportunities for new product applications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience required
• 2+ years of High-Tech manufacturing sales experience required
• Demonstrated success in selling complex or customizable solutions required
• CRM experience required
