Assistant Project Manager Intern

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Position Summary: The Assistant Project Manager Intern would assist in the creation and maintenance of Project Schedules related to new product development.
Position Responsibilities:
- Liaising with project team and management concerning project details and deliverables
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Analyzing data as required
- Conducting administrative duties, such as sitting in meetings or meeting with individuals involved in the product development to help establish tasks, goals and timelines
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
Position Requirements:
- Strong Technical Ability
- Good written, verbal, listening and computer skills
- Exposure to Project Management either thru classes or work experience (preferred but not required)
Education/Certifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher, or relevant job experience related to project management (preferred but not required)
- Interest in the field of project management
