ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Receptionist for Kelly Lefcheck State Farm, you will be the first impression of our Agency. The ideal candidate for this role will be an organized and detail-oriented professional, with a proven track record of providing stellar support to staff and customers alike. They will be energetic and willing to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls appropriately
Scheduling appointments
Managing calendar scheduling
Prepping mail
Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding billing, claims and insurance coverage in a professional, polite and timely manner
Ensuring the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening - to interact clearly with customers, vendors and team members via text, email, over the phone and in person.
Highly organized.
Detail-oriented.
Able to multitask.
Experience in customer service required.
Proactive in problem-solving.
Able to work in a team environment.
Experience with Windows computer applications.
Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
Able to multitask and stay organized.
Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
Experience with Salesforce welcomed.
