We are hiring an experienced, hard-working, Senior Graphic Designer to add to our in-house marketing team.

Job Overview:

Claybourne is looking for a seasoned, Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Perris, CA. As our senior graphic designer, you will work on a variety of projects to support both our marketing and sales departments. you will collaborate closely with internal team members to ideate and execute on creative concepts and solutions while delivering in a timely manner. This person should have a passion for both product marketing and brand storytelling. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Scope of work includes the following types of projects: Branding, packaging, digital (web, email, social, ads), print (collateral, signing, ads), retail fixtures and point of purchase, event booth design, and merchandise.
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative within current standards while introducing fresh and new ideas when needed.
• Maintain ownership of work and multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with internal team members.
• Stay on top of cultural and design trends.
• Report directly to VP Marketing / Creative Director.

 Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferable within an agency or in-house creative departments - cannabis experience not required, lifestyle/apparel/beverage experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge and skills of graphic design principles and mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, most notably Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Driven, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Highly organized and able to practice clear and open communication.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and executing with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel, if needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary package and benefits ($78,000 per year).

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 
• Report to: VP Marketing / Creative Director
• Work Location: Perris, CA (non-remote)
