Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure off-market distressed properties through targeted outreach to realtors, brokers, and direct sellers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing and closing real estate deals and a deep understanding of the local market.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Conduct targeted outreach to realtors, brokers, and direct sellers to identify distressed properties for acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry to uncover off-market opportunities.
• Evaluate property leads to determine their viability and potential for profitability.
• Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers to acquire distressed properties at favorable terms.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, appraisals, and title searches.
• Work closely with internal teams, including contractors, inspectors, and legal professionals, to facilitate the acquisition process.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in the local market.
• Track and analyze acquisition metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on acquisition activities and pipelines.

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
