HR Analyst / Human Resources Analyst

One of our clients is seeking a temporary Human Resource Analyst to join their team.

This is a full time, contract opportunity where you will earn up to $70.00 per hour, based on your experience. You will work daytime hours Monday – Friday in a hybrid setting.

Some of your responsibilities as an HR Analyst include:

• Assessing employee engagement and satisfaction levels
• Conducting retention analysis
• Developing strategies to enhance retention
• Translating complex data into insights and recommendations
• Preparing and presenting reports, dashboards and visualizations to leadership
• Analyzing data
• Forecasting workforce needs
• Developing HR analytics tools and platforms
• Developing strategies for talent acquisition and succession planning
• Maintaining databases and dashboards for tracking HR metrics and trends
• Analyzing skill gaps, talent pipelines and workforce trends
• Providing recommendations to optimize workforce planning processes
• Establishing HR metrics and key performance indicators to measure effectiveness
• Conducting benchmarking and industry research
• Reporting on HR trends, emerging technologies and innovative practices
• Performing other duties as assigned

To qualify, you must have three (3) years of experience with progressive data analytics experience, you will also be expected to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, HR, or equivalent experience with HR data
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics
  • HR data experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, concepts, and best practices
• Data analysis techniques and tools proficiency
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis
• Strong Excel, R, Python, or other statistical software experience
• Experience working with HR systems and data analytics and visualization platforms (Workday, Tableau, Power BI, survey tools)
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Analytical mindset
