Audit Bookkeeper

Compensation:

Pay: From $28.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Compensation Differentials for this position are based on education, experience, training, and geographic location, as well as DWC's seniority and merit systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  
  
• Verify and post financial data to appropriate accounts with precision and attention to detail.
  
  
• Handle payroll processing, accounts payable, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
  
  
• Provide QuickBooks consultation and support to clients, offering expertise in financial software usage.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing sales tax reports.
  
  
• Offer guidance and assistance to clients on bookkeeping practices and software utilization.
  
  
• Assist in maintaining organized files and records for efficient retrieval and audit readiness.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 or more years of industry-related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
