Job Description

Position requires 3+ years of experience in the accounting field. Accounts receivable involves mainly posting invoices and cash receipts daily in the accounting software. Production reporting is done daily and reconciled weekly and monthly and distributed to management team. There will also be other duties assigned to the job as well.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and also have experience working with Peachtree or Sage Accounting or similar software.

Candidate is required to have a high school diploma. An associate's degree in accounting or business is preferred.

Must have good organizational and communication skills and have the ability to work well with other employees, customers and outside parties.
