Job Description

We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. Pay is based upon experience/negotiable.

This position is located in Terlingua, TX. Are you able to reliably commute or willing to relocate to our location? (We provide relocation assistance and negotiable housing accommodations).

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of outdoor recreation and hotel workers
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

1+ Year of managerial or supervisory experience highly preferred
Previous experience in hospitality management or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
