As a Managed Services (MSP) and Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), TSI provides managed network support and security services, remote and onsite IT support, and project management support to our clients.

Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator with strong writing skills to assist the Sales Team with all aspects of daily administrative and general marketing tasks in a dynamic, growing technology company. The ideal candidate will be talented and enthusiastic, have strong technical and design skills, and have the self-confidence to work independently performing a wide variety of routine and special projects to support the needs of our organization.

This position is hybrid – with the ability to work remotely and on-site from our main office in Foxboro, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with and/or lead the planning, coordination, and execution of TSI’s marketing initiatives including lead generation, online presence, and branding.
  • Strong SEO background with the ability to provide data insights and apply SEO best practices to better position the company.
  • Familiarity with common marketing outbound email tools and CRM solutions.
  • Validate the integrity and quality of campaign lists to ensure accuracy and support ongoing marketing and communication activities.
  • Investigate and provide information to assist with determining marketing positioning.
  • Develop email campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Develop monthly newsletters by collecting and preparing content.
  • Work with various departments to attain technical information for developing digital content.
  • Assist with trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements such as administering contracts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Attend staff meetings to provide team and manager with information to support the development of proposals for the promotion, design, and pricing of company products or services.
  • Website design/update/development as needed.
  • Lead social media positioning through content development, tracking, reporting on effectiveness, and modifying approach where needed.
  • Assist in the creation, proofreading, and copy editing of all marketing materials and written correspondence to ensure that they preserve the brand quality and company design standards.
  • Coordinate and/or attend community outreach and public service initiatives, company-sponsored promotions, and events (may require an occasional evening and/or weekend social function).
  • Coordinate philanthropic as well as in kind donation and event requests from individuals and community-based organizations and facilities.
  • Other duties as required.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in the English language.
  • Strong organizational, follow-through, and project management skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all departments to accomplish marketing initiatives.
  • LinkedIn and Sales Navigator expertise and 3rd party vendor relationship management which entails leveraging vendor partners for MDF.
  • Strong computer skills with experience MS Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Confidence and savviness using the internet for research and business development goals.
  • Confident, articulate, and well received with presentation of business-related materials including technical services.
  • Independent, resourceful, and driven by results.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a busy, technology-client driven organization.
  • Technology enthusiast, as demonstrated by clear understanding of basic office technologies.
  • Proven skills in driving successful marketing campaigns through social media.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Some experience working with FTP and basic HTML.
  • Some experience with website design to maintain site quality.

Education:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years related industry experience; technology industry experiences a strong plus.
