The IT Managers goal is to make the utilization of technology for internal customer simple, easy and effective, while adhering to the best of security and privacy practices and providing a modern tool set to our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Overseecomputers and devices are always running and updated with awell-plannedroadmap towardsfuture technology.
• Maintain the internal network,both connected and wireless.
• Ensureremote workers have a secure and simple experience to conduct remote work.
• Overseefacility related technology including access control, cameras, AV equipmentand more
• Leadateam of engineers and desktop supporttodelegate tasks and responsibilities accordingly.
• Motivateand encourageyour teamto improve and develop theirtechnical and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional detail and ownership in the areas of: Firmware updates and patching especially for security best practices.
• Consult with senior staff across all departments toidentifytechnology needs andoptimizeuse of IT
• Create processes and standards forselection, implementation, and support of systems
• Maintainformal change control process to document andmonitorall changes within the technological infrastructure

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experiencerequiredin Information Technology
• Working experience managing IT infrastructures, and generalunderstanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Extensive experience working with virtualization technologies (VMware preferred) ina highly available, fault tolerant network
• Extensive experience working with SAN technologies including the device configuration + complex network configurations
• Extensive experience working with backup technologies, overseeing BCDR strategies that include cloud replication, planned restores and testing
• Extensiveexperience working withIntune utilizingAutopilot and application deployment
• Experience managing a patch management schedule to ensure devices, virtual infrastructureand servers are always up to date and secure
• Experience managingand planningcomplexcorporate networksincludingDMZs and other advancedfirewallconfigurations
• Experience setting up systems with best practices in mind with security at the forefront
• Experience managing vendors & vendor relationships
• Experienceleading a team of systemsand network engineers
• Passion for service delivery, high availability, and operational excellence

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
