Charters Brothers is an established commercial Construction Manager based out of southern New Hampshire. We have been in business for over 19 years and continue to have steady, responsible, growth.
We are currently accepting applications for an Assistant Superintendent role within the organization and have immediate needs on projects in both academic and multi-unit residential. Our geographical work area is typically within a one hour +/- radius of our headquarters in Danville, NH, targeting projects in New Hampshire, southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts.
Assistant Superintendents help maintain the project schedule, oversee all aspects of daily onsite activities and quality control, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, and above all help to maintain a safe working environment. Qualified applicants have completed at least an OSHA 10 training course, have a background in construction through education and/or experience, have strong computer, communication, and organizational skills, and are motivated, well-rounded individuals.
