Job Description
Senior Process Engineer
SCOPE
The Senior Process Engineer will prioritize process optimization and be responsible for investigating, establishing, and implementing procedures to ensure that production is consistently efficient and effective. With a keen focus on continuous improvement, the Senior Process Engineer will work diligently to analyze and correct any process issues to allow for more efficient production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take part in process optimization
- Implement methods for process improvement including testing and inspection
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and productivity
- Analyze process failures for root cause and recommend corrective actions
- Lead weekly reliability meetings
- Manage logistics of equipment transit and arrival
- Improve machine utilization efficiency
- Work on new product development
- Serve as the primary resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 7-10 years in Manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement
- Highly analytical and excellent communicator
- Excellent computer skills
