Manufacturing Recruiting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition process, managing employee relations, and ensuring the successful onboarding and retention of top talent. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The right for this position will be a self starter, hands on and have recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment .

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates to generate interest in open positions
- Develop training programs for hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices in talent acquisition
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding employee relations issues
- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro or PeopleSoft to manage employee data and generate reports
- Conduct regular employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as UltiPro or PeopleSoft
- Experience with training development and implementation
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
