Job Description

Reviewing and cross-checking census data provided by the client which includes sensitive information such as SSNs, hire dates, birth dates, termination dates, etc.
Reviewing W-2s, W-3s, Schedule C, and Schedule K-1 Form 1065 information including comparing this information against received census data.
Create proposals for new prospects and customize a retirement plan based on the company demographics.
Study new regulations as required to update proposal processes and maintain compliance with the law.
Determine eligibility for a retirement plan based on the proposed eligibility requirements.
Calculate employer contributions in a retirement plan by performing required nondiscrimination testing
May need to speak with financial advisors, clients, or CPAs to relay information.
May need to create presentations on PowerPoint for specific events or when asked.
