Job Summary: As our Production Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production to meet customer specifications and company standards. You'll lead our production team, coordinate with various departments, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and coaching to the production team, ensuring adherence to company vision and policies.
• Coordinate production activities and maintain effective communication across departments.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to optimize plant operations.
• Monitor safety protocols and increase safety awareness among staff.
• Manage performance reviews, hiring, and termination processes.
• Oversee administrative tasks including purchasing, documentation, and billing.
• Enhance production efficiency and reduce costs through strategic planning.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, and project management teams to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of production management experience, preferably in the sign industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and OSHA certifications preferred.
